About the role
You will conduct lectures, discussions, guided conferences and demonstration methods to present law enforcement, investigative techniques, procedures and practical application sessions. You will assist with organizing, scheduling and coordinating training courses that maximize individual competencies or maintain performance levels. You will develop Performance Objectives and Standards to aide in identifying training needs and requirements of each student; ensure the knowledge and skills are developed in current concepts and techniques in Law Enforcement and Security. You will provide classroom studies and instructions on use of law enforcement equipment and application of techniques. You will coordinate, develop and maintain effective relationship with the training community of various Federal, state and local law enforcement, intelligence and security agencies. Provide instruction in First Aid/CPR/AED, Emergency Vehicle Operation, Active Shooter and other law enforcement requirements;
