SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

You will provide management oversight for the design, construction, and modification of MSC ships to ensure that MSC requirements and standards are being adhered to. You will participate in all design development and review processes and provide full participation in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). You will serve in an advisory capacity for review of Data Requirements List (DRL) deliverables and correspondence as required. You will review all Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Deviation, Requests for Waivers, and Equipment Equivalency Certificates for impact on MSC concerns and requirements. You will act as the authority to recommend MSC acceptance of the vessel after constructions, modifications, or conversions. You will develop work products utilizing currently authorized software (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project). You will manage lessons learned on matters of MSC interest related to design, construction, testing, delivery, and warranty issues.
