About the role

Joining the Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations will allow you to use your expertise in assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of human capital efforts resolving complex problems related to position management, staffing and placement, performance management, awards, and worker's compensation. This position starts at a salary of $124,085.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $161,313.00 (GS-13, Step 10). In this position, you will strengthen the Department's ability to perform homeland security functions by becoming a valuable member of a team of administrative professionals. Typical work assignments include: Analyzing the Table of Organization and handling all staffing issues including implementing personnel actions (SF-52s) via the EL360 for a large organization.
