About the role
As a Public Utilities Specialist (Portfolio Management) you will: Serves as Portfolio and Program Manager for assigned initiatives managed in the Project Management Office applying analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of strategies and frameworks that enhance the execution of capital projects. Serves as liaison for internal and external stakeholders (such as project managers, operational teams, and contractors) requiring access to project execution data. Identifies and coordinates the resolution of execution issues, including topics such as resource allocation, materials availability, and contractor performance. Serves as a subject matter/functional expert and technical lead in the formulation of strategy and operational requirements for the successful execution of projects.
