You will serve as a HR Specialist (Classification) and be responsible for position evaluation to determine appropriate pay system, occupational series, title, and grade of positions, and advising on position management and organization design. Additionally, serves as a classification consultant by providing expert advice to other specialty areas associated with Human Resource Operations.
