Maintains real-time awareness of activities across program office, including emerging risks, workload pressures, leadership challenges, and dependencies between offices that may affect delivery of required work. Establishes clear expectations for senior leaders regarding performance collaboration, and follow-through, and intervenes when execution falls short or priorities become misaligned.
