WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Supervisory HR Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Direct a program responsible for providing a variety of human resources management services, including management advisory functions in the areas of position classification, recruitment and placement and organizational design. Make recommendations to senior management on policy and regulatory revisions where needed. Establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff members which are clearly communicated through the formal performance management system. Provide advice and counsel to workers related to work and administrative matters. Serving as a first line supervisor for the organization.
