WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Public Affairs Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience with Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs (ASPA) to optimize business results and customer experience by: Advising and coordinating digital website content and messaging, including promotion of HHS.gov and use of social media platforms, community management, and campaign tracking. Leading development and implementation of digital content strategies, policies, standards, and best practices, including strategic planning and enterprise digital governance. Providing authoritative advice and guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders and represents HHS in communications with internal and external audiences.
