ABOUT THE TEAM OpenAI is building Procurement of the future: one that uses AI-enabled systems, clean data, and scalable processes to help the business absorb increasing complexity, speed, volume, and throughput — while enabling teams across OpenAI to operate more strategically and at greater scale. Supplier Administration is a critical foundation of that model. Accurate, complete, and well-governed supplier data enables faster purchasing, cleaner payments, stronger controls, better reporting, more effective risk management, and more scalable automation across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Supplier Master Data Lead to help reimagine how supplier administration operates in an AI-enabled procurement environment. This role will lead and mature the supplier data foundation behind OpenAI’s procurement and finance operations, with a focus on data integrity, scalable processes, automation readiness, practical AI adoption, and support for supplier risk m
