About the role
You will provide leadership and oversight to the major Afloat Training Group Atlantic (ATGLANT) program of military and civilian personnel manning for 4 UICs with approximately 600 personnel. You will be a manpower subject matter expert and provides policy and manning/personnel oversight in direct support of operational mission requirements. You will develop program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology through ongoing, active oversight and analysis of the established Afloat Training Group (ATG) end-to-end process improvement framework, known as the MAAR program. You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of ATGLANT's training programs, policy and objective formulation, planning and appraisal of training methodologies, processes and procedures.
