SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will perform pre-award/post-award functions for procurements involving complex and specialized procurements for Facilities construction, design and services of significant importance to the agency. You will interpret relevant contracting laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to determine applicability to specific contracting issues. You will perform price and cost analysis to determine reasonableness of price in preparation for contract negotiations. You will give advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates to meet program goals, objectives, and command priorities, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and participates and prepares schedules for completion of work.
