About the role
You will maintain parts, materials, tools, and equipment at prescribed levels for instrument work. You will calibrate and maintain cleanliness of test instruments used in wastewater systems You will inspect, test, modify, and calibrate Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA) to maintain operational efficiency. You will repair mechanical, electronic, physical, and electro-mechanical test devices or instruments used to measure equipment at a wastewater lift station. You will use shop mathematics (e.g., algebra, geometry, basic physics) relating to electrical and electronic functions to accomplish initial operational checks and the calibration and final testing of instruments and equipment.
