LEAD CASUALTY ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST

You will ensure assigned case managers comply with current directives and adhere to prescribed timelines regarding case management. You will liaise with CNIC regional case managers regarding applicable cases to ensure timely and accurate execution of all required actions. You will assess subordinate competency and determine appropriate courses of action to improve areas of concern to include seminars, enrollment in approved skill training, or one-on-on training. You will review and recommend certification of submitted documents pertaining to next of kin identification, benefits, entitlements, and travel execution.
