About the role
You will participate in special projects and/or various studies to evaluate program effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with the human resources strategic mission. You will advise employees and management concerning a variety of human resources related matters, including but not limited to alternate funding sources (gift and reimbursable), benefits, leave, work schedules, etc. You will be able to work well with internal and external stakeholders (employees, supervisors, colleagues). You will provide human resources guidance and support in a federal higher education environment. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills (verbally and in writing), technological proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Adobe). You will work with employees and supervisors throughout the recruitment, preemployment and onboarding process.
