SUPERVISORY FINANAICAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will establish a rigorous continuous monitoring program for the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC), performing risk-based sampling to detect misuse and mitigate systemic risk. You will ensure proper certification of payments overseeing and validating accurate and timely payment and reconciliation of Travel card billing statements. You will review plans, analyze, develop and enforce program requirements IAW travel policy with ability to establish and revise operating procedures, and oversee all travel operations providing management, support and training. You will prepare lines of accounting (LOAs) in the budget module and assign responsibility for budget targets as a well as reconcile DTS with the official accounting records and utilize data to project year-end travel spending.
