SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Provides administrative program direction in contract management, acquisition, and personnel administration. Provides expertise in financial and acquisition aspects of contractor support for material and services. Conducts analysis of contract performance and cost variances. Manages the formulation and allocation of contract funding (current and out year) and submits for budget formulation. Prepares programming documentation for division submissions for the President's Budget submission for the Five Year Defense Plan (FYDP) and the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM).
