Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

As Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as Division Chief providing oversight of administrative programs and operations, develop policies and guidance for program and administrative personnel, and conduct short and long-range planning to support programmatic goals and objectives. Develop, deliver and manage a wide array of customer-focused administrative services. Manage all phases of the budget process, including planning, formulation, execution and presentation. Serve as financial advisor to management. Provide oversight and administration of policies regarding grants, cooperative agreements and financial assistance programs. Oversee work of subordinates. Provide technical oversight and instruction, develop employee goals and training needs, resolve grievances and complaints, and initiate disciplinary action.
