Maintenance Mechanic

Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensuring that operation, maintenance and repair of all described Maintenance aspects of building and facilities. Use a variety of trade practices associated with the occupations of woodcrafter, masonry, pipefitting, carpentry, locksmith, sign making, general mechanic and plumbing. Making and repair of high grade wooden items such as cabinetry, furniture, orthopedic devices and decorative woodwork for use in offices and for medical and other uses. Maintenance, repair, alteration and construction of exterior and interior surfaces and structures build of a variety of brick, block and stone. Installing, modifying and repairing new and existing high-pressure piping systems and equipment such as steam heating, steam generation, and hydraulic systems, steam generators, flash and expansion tanks, condensate, vacuum, circulating pumps and radiators.
