LEAD CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will lead a team of Contract Specialists and provide a full range of contract specializations including acquisition planning, solicitation, negotiation, cost and price analysis, evaluation and award, and administration for various contract types. You will perform pre/post award functions relating to the planning,development, advertisement, award, administration and close out of contracts for the procurement of supplies, services, and construction. You wil be responsible for assisting in preparing/reviewing solicitations, conducting pre-proposal conferences, responding to pre-bid/pre-proposal inquiries, and evaluating contractor price/cost proposals. You will perform or direct in-depth evaluation of the financial and technical capabilities or the performance of potential contractors.
