About the role
You will serve as a primary point of contact for military personnel, providing expert administrative support for a range of personnel actions. You will apply established regulations, such as the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Navy pay manuals, to research, troubleshoot, and resolve personnel discrepancies for service members. You will draft, edit, and review official Naval correspondence, notices, and directives to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and adherence to established formatting standards. You will provide on-the-job guidance and instruction to junior or rotational staff on command-specific administrative procedures.
