PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE

You will serve as a liaison between the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Contractor, and the Contracting Officer. You will review contract specifications for compatibility with the administration of performance assessment methods and procedures. You will attend and assist with pre-proposal site visits and pre-proposal conferences. You will provide assistance to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with performance assessments of assigned Facility Support Contracts. You will prepare government cost estimates for task orders and minor modifications using industry accepted standards. You will conduct on-site assessment of Facility Support Contracts to observe work performance and methods employed to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
