About the role
As Division Chief, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Division. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other HQ AETC Directorates. Serves as the command focal point for manning and assignments for officer and enlisted personnel in AETC and Air University special duty assignments, promotions and officer command records, military, and civilian personnel programs, education and training programs, and equal opportunity.
