About the role

Analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed Affirmative Employment Program plans, goals, and objectives for strategic planning and long-range implementation of JBSA-wide programs, ensuring that the installation complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets JBSA needs. Performs recruitment and placement, and affirmative employment advisory services. Routinely provides advice to senior management regarding significant issues and concerns related to workforce statistics and trend analysis. In coordination with Special Emphasis Program (SEP) Managers, develops annual SEP objectives and plans to accomplish those objectives, including required training for the SEPMs, specific activities and target dates, resources required, and criteria for evaluating program achievements. Annually prepares the MD 715 report.
