About the role
As a Title 10 Faculty Member (Command Programs/Leadership), you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: Designs and facilitates the Battalion and Brigade Pre Command/Command Sergeants Major Program, Battalion and Brigade Tactical Commander's Development Program, Battalion and Brigade Functional Commanders Development Program. Devises and develops changes to instructional techniques and methodology to meet the learning needs of students. Identifies program successes and deficiencies and revises curriculum. Provides interdisciplinary educational support to other faculty members and continually reviews developments in fields of education and training to determine implications for current and future instructional programs. Defends recommendations to highest levels of the agency to support policy changes affecting Army command preparation issues.
