Supervisory Auditor (Division Chief)

Serves as the Chief, Auditing Standards Division (PAS), in Headquarters, DCAA, supervising a team of several GS-14 program managers with the responsibility for the planning and the execution of duties related to the program area. Reviews draft audit reports, working papers, and documentation to ensure compliance with GAGAS, accuracy, and sufficient support for findings. Directs a comprehensive audit program, developing long-range audit plans, risk-based methodologies, and organizational policies. Represents the organization in high-level meetings, presenting and defending controversial audit findings to senior management and external stakeholders.
