SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a source of authoritative information for the Fleet Cyber Command (FCC), Security Directorate and Special Security Officer Representative for FCC and Navy Information Operation Command (NIOC) Hawaii assets. You will be responsible for the joint services for processing cases being considered for cryptologic risk assessments, counterintelligence interviews, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) courier certification. You will advise on procedures for adverse security actions, including security clearance denials, suspensions, and revocations. You will review personnel security documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines prior to release. You will ensure that office security operations are in compliance with all federal statutes, Executive Orders, and pertinent regulations and procedures in the areas of personnel security and suitability.
