About the role
You will provide liaison with Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FCC), and National Security Agency (NSA) and subordinate commands regarding manpower and manning. You will advise on the most efficient and economical approaches to achieve effective operation of the organization's workforce and resource management. You will solicit, articulate, and coordinate manpower/manning needs and requirements for inclusion in program/budget builds. You will analyze organizational needs, recommend billet management requirements, and advise management on improvements to the internal organizational structure. You will gather, review, interpret, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple sources to provide solutions to assigned problems.
