MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Manpower and Organization Flight. Develops goals and objectives that integrate Manpower and Organization Flight objectives. Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement process improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Represents the organization within a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with MAJCOMs, other base organizations, senior leadership, squadron commanders, and representatives from other military services, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and related civilian organizations regarding services provided.
