Supervisory Acquisition Management Specialist

As a Supervisory Acquisition Management Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Oversee customer support services providing requisition, procurement, and acquisition support to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and Field Delegates. Program, analyze, and control funds allocated for procurement. Evaluate acquisition procedures and systems to develop and implement changes in support of efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Develop tracking and surveying mechanisms to determine deficiencies and subsequently develop training and instructions to inform staff knowledge and procedural gaps. Plan and distribute work to be accomplished by subordinates. Evaluate the work performance of subordinates, providing technical oversight and instruction and addressing poor performance as part of the performance process.
