FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Serves as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provides guidance, direction, and objectives to other team members to accomplish mission requirements. Oversees and performs decisive budget formulation and financial management work involving complex and detailed analyses of requirements, execution, and future investment needs. Represents the Complex as the Technical Subject Matter Expert on all Capital Investment Program activities. Defines goals, priorities, strategy, and methodology to effectively manage the Capital Investment Program for the Complex. Commander on all aspects of planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for capital investments. Oversees and ensures AF and ALC goals of investment meet mandated thresholds, and critical infrastructure is maintained and achieved.
