Lead Human Resources Specialist

As a Lead Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties: Serves as a team leader, responsible for aiding the supervisor by completing broad range leader duties while leading HR specialists in accomplishing assigned work tasks. Provides management advisory services to complex policy determinations, standards, and procedures for Federal Civilian Human Resource Management program requirements of recruitment and classification. Provides management with the widest range of flexibility for providing comprehensive Federal Civilian Human Resource staffing and placement services utilizing innovative methods in locating qualified applicants to complete position fill actions. Analyzes complex job analyses through use of OPM classification standards, regulation, and precedence cases.
