About the role
As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-14, you will perform the following duties: Serves as a senior-level expert responsible for conducting comprehensive studies and evaluations to assess and improve the effectiveness of agency programs, operations, and management processes. Designs and conducts broad and complex management studies that often require defining study boundaries and objectives in response to evolving priorities. Developing multi-year plans, preparing resource allocation strategies, and advising senior leadership on optimizing program operations to address emerging threats and challenges. Conveys findings to diverse audiences and represents the agency in high-level meetings with external stakeholders, including Congressional committees, other federal agencies, and international partners. Mentors junior staff and provides training on advanced analytical techniques.
