Management and Program Analyst (Senior Advisor)

As a Management and Program Analyst (Senior Advisor), you will perform the following duties: Direct, implement, coordinate and/or oversee a wide range of complex program activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods . Develop and evaluate policies in assigned program areas, takes necessary actions to achieve organizational objectives and recommends program objectives and improvements. Coordinate activities of staff; advises and provides analytical support on problem definitions, planning methodologies, policies, and procedures. Plan, develop, and coordinate planning management through briefings, presentations, and conferences for executive management. Provide oversight and coordinate the identification, analysis, and issuance of policies with managers and top-level officials of DHS.
