HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Gathers and evaluates data, and reports compliance with all terms of the privatization transaction documents, and periodically inspects all aspects of the privatization project, including maintenance and service calls, etc. Provides information on available housing options in privatized housing (PH) and community housing; makes PH eligibility determinations; counsels occupants on PH policies, procedures, and directives; and initiates, prepares and processes various financial documents as required. Provides housing referral services to military members, their dependents, and civilian employees. Performs liaison services between General Officer (GO) residents and the PO.
