Pass instructions from supervisors and advise employees to follow instructions received from supervisors. Assign immediate tasks to be performed by individual employees. Teach employees on proper work methods. Check on work while in progress and when finished to see whether the supervisor's instructions on sequences, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met.
