About the role
You will lead and coordinate the execution of the assigned training systems efforts for the acquisition, procurement, and/or support of customer solutions. You will take the lead in identifying and resolving complex supply support problems and propose solutions to resolve such problems. You will identify and report to the supervisor periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes, and individual and team training needs to the supervisor. You will conduct detailed research and formulates metrics to capture the effectiveness of Procurement Request (PR) development, Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), and Technical Evaluation (Tech Eval) processes in assigned technical areas. You will assure customer requirements are accomplished within programmatic constraints.
