EXECUTIVE SERVICES SPECIALIST

- Serves as the Executive Services Specialist (ESS) to the 99 ABW CC/DCOM/DD/COS/CCC. - Organizes and plans mission critical and key leader engagements for the CC/DCOM/DD/COS/CCC and supporting staff. - Ensures completion of required administrative duties. - Serves as the authoritative gatekeeper for complex executive calendar. - Manages a portfolio of administrative programs for the front office. - Serves as the alternate or backup for front office administrative functions to ensure continuity of operations within the Command Suite.
