Accountant

Support audits of management and administration of TRICARE and managing the fiscal policies of the Defense Health Program. Responsible for reviewing payments to Managed Care Support Contractors. Manage accounting/financial aspects of the Tricare Purchased Care Program. Determine the reliability, consistency, and accuracy of manual and automated processes which generate accounting general ledger transactions. Develop and conduct internal audits of the general ledger account balances. Ensure documentation for the obligation, accrual, disbursement, and receipt of funds fully supports all accounting transactions.
