About the role
As a Team Leader performs a variety of complex assignments involving planning and directing a comprehensive training program that directly correlates to the quality of Air Force Child and Youth Programs (CYP); assessing the individual training needs of CYP personnel, Family Child Care (FCC) providers, volunteers and contractors; ensuring children's assessments are conducted and individual activities are developed to support school readiness; positive youth development activities are used to support youth programs; and ensuring environments and materials support programs for which they are designed. Plans and directs an all inclusive curriculum for children birth to 5 years of age and plan and direct positive youth development for youth 6 to 18 years of age that promotes school readiness and support ongoing life success.
