Child Development Center Director (medium/Large)

Supervisory duties comprise 25% of incumbent's time and include but are not limited to: Directs and provides oversight of work to be accomplished by staff comprised of CDC Management (NF-1702-04/GS-1702-09, NF-1702-03/GS-1702-07), Direct Care (CY 1702I/II/GS 1702-02/03/04/05), and Support Staff (NF-0303-02/GS-0303-04, NA-7404-08,NA-7404-04, and NA-3566-02). When assigned, may include direction and oversight of annex facility supervisor (NF-1702-03/GS-1702-07) and Training and Curriculum Specialist (NF-1701-04/GS-1701-11). Plans, assigns, monitors, observes, and assesses ongoing staff work based on priorities, difficulty, complexity, and requirements of assignments, and staff capabilities. Sets and adjusts short-term and long-term priorities. Leads the hiring process, initiating timely recruitment and selection of staff required to fill vacancies. Ensures staff receives proper training to fulfill requirements of their positions. Prepares and adjusts staff schedules considering the needs
