MARINE MACHINERY MECHANIC HELPER

You will assist marine machinery mechanics in the marine machinery repair processes on marine machinery and equipment e.g., YCs, YONs, YWOs, SWOBs and various other small craft and support equipment including preventive and corrective maintenance. You will operate a forklift to access and service the equipment in the proper position and location. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance of various types of harbor support equipment to include fender camels, separation brows and platforms. You will handle controls for starting, stopping, backings, and driving fork lift trucks through narrow aisles in building, up and down ramps, and in and out of railroad cars, trucks, planes, etc.
