IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT)

Develops, interprets, plans, and applies policy, processes, procedures and strategies in the delivery of multi-discipline IT services required to achieve data and system integration / interoperability for assigned systems and applications. Provides expert technical guidance and oversight of information security policies to ensure the continued operational availability and integrity of enterprise systems, networks, and data. Applies expert technical skills in troubleshooting, system recovery, OS/network configurations, and scheduling to resolve the most complex customer problems. Provides advice and assistance to customers and troubleshoots the most complex problems in a manner that minimizes interruptions in customers’ ability to carry out critical business activities. Develops technical resolution databases, evaluates emerging customer support tools, and ensures rigorous information security compliance during service delivery.
