About the role
Plans, develops, and manages a comprehensive Occupational Health services program, ensuring compliance with regulations from OSHA, DoD, and other governing bodies. Provides direct nursing care for occupational injuries and illnesses, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Recognize hazardous exposures (chemical, physical, biological), initiating appropriate treatment or referral, and conducting various physical examinations. Act as a technical expert and resource for managers, employees, and other healthcare providers on occupational health issues.
