Contract Specialist (Senior)

Serves as Senior Contract Specialist for the Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Procurement Office. As a Senior Contract Specialist, responsible for the development of contracting and sourcing strategies; the solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and award of Program contracts; oversees and performs the analysis and evaluation of cost or price proposals; administers Program contracts ensuring compliance with terms and conditions; and develops and provides business solutions to day-to-day contractual challenges. Execute/Manage the overall approach to meet contracting program objectives for a wide range of programs or systems that span multiple years. Procures complex and/or diversified services, commodities, and/or architecture & construction. Executes post-award contract performance management actions on assigned contract.
