About the role
You will assign work orders to specific work crew and select workers for various jobs on the basis of knowledge, skills and abilities. You will fabricate nuclear containments, such as radiological containment tents, glove boxes and catch bags. You will review job orders and nuclear power manual authorizations which provide general work specifications for containments in support of nuclear operations. You will prepare detailed three-dimensional sketches and obtain approvals of the designs from the shops and Engineering. You will check work in progress to ensure it is in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
