About the role
You will directly manage, supervise, motivate, and mentor personnel to obtain effective and efficient systems integration in order to conduct exercise scenarios directly supporting operations and training. You will perform all phases of the planning, analysis, formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and review of multi-year budget and program. You will interpret technical and policy directives to formulate long-term strategies and implement these strategies by providing objectives and assignments to division heads. You will negotiate on issues related to the development and integration of Synthetic Training in support of Pacific Fleet, Navy, Joint, and International Distributed Training. You will directly manage five separate contract vehicles by developing statements of work and measuring performance. You will be responsible for Responsible for Navy Continuous Training Environment infrastructure and Synthetic Training capabilities in five separate Fleet Concentration Area
