INTERAGENCY COORDINATING LIAISON (CYBER)

Fosters interagency cooperation, synchronizes objectives, and develops mechanisms for effective coordination across the full spectrum of options. Conducts in-depth mission analysis, plans operations, and develops courses of action to address existing and anticipated operational challenges. Coordinates a diverse workforce of military, civilian, and interagency personnel, establishing communication and assessing organizational dynamics. As a joint planning expert, communicates strategic goals, coaches the team, manages workload, and monitors progress to ensure quality and timeliness. Serves as a coach, facilitator, and negotiator for team initiatives, representing the team and reporting on work accomplishments and problems.
