BUDGET ANALYST

Assists in the consolidation of budget inputs and data from various sources to develop budgetary of reports for internal and external stakeholders. Participates in POM and Budget review meetings by aiding in the preparation of materials and supporting the review of budget change justification narratives. Supports the development and implementation of standardized budget procedures for both the General Fund (GF) and Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF). Reviews detailed written justifications for annual and multi-year appropriations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidance. Aids in the collection and submission of the agency's Budget Estimate Submission (BES) and President's Budget (PB) data and justification materials..
