Develop and implement work schedules to ensure an even flow of tasks, prioritize urgent cases, and meet deadlines, while revising schedules as needed to accommodate changes in workload or project requirements. Assign work to employees based on factors such as assignment difficulty, employee qualifications, and available resources, while ensuring tasks are completed to acceptable quality and quantity standards.
