Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level. DUTIES WILL INLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO: Serves as a source of budgetary information for a variety of appropriated fund and reimbursable budget accounts to include employee salaries, benefits, overtime, awards, travel, transportation, materials, equipment, ADP, contracts, and related mission and administrative expenses. Advises personnel of procedures, forms, and documentation required to support budget estimates and requests. Recommends transfer of funds between operating programs to accommodate changing requirements. Prepares comprehensive budget reports showing current status of funds in appropriated and reimbursable accounts managed. Maintains informal accounting records of the operating budget on expenditures
